Consent, medical history, image rights, aftercare: the client gets a link or scans a QR code and fills everything in comfortably on their own phone. No paper, no retyping — the entries land directly and encrypted in the record.
- Every document type by QR — several forms bundled, the client signs just once
- Your data stays with you — on your own WordPress; only you and your web provider have any access to the server at all
- AES-256, key outside the database — a look into the database, e.g. during backup or support, shows only unreadable ciphertext. So not even your web provider can read the contents.

When a job is set to “Completed”, a case PDF is created automatically — with every detail: body-map graphic, sessions, inks used including REACH, needles and agreed prices. Once generated it can no longer be deleted and carries a checksum that would reveal any change.

On your own WordPress, hosted in Germany (e.g. all-inkl / LiteSpeed). Sensitive content rests AES-256-GCM encrypted. No data is sent to third-party services, font or map providers.
Every signature is documented as a simple electronic signature under eIDAS Art. 25 with a full document hash, timestamp and IP. For studio documents this is usually sufficient. We provide samples with a clear note that they don’t replace legal advice — have your templates checked by your DPO or a lawyer.
No. The interface runs theme-free in full screen under its own address, with its own login. A guided setup assistant loads your industry package. Colleagues sign in with a username or email.
That’s what the inspection folder is for: versioned hygiene plans, device and validation evidence, training records and authority templates in one place — printable, sorted, ready in minutes.
A full English version with a switcher for colleagues, owners and clients is in progress — many artists don’t speak German. It is being rolled out step by step.
